She was previously Chief Content Officer at InvestSMART, Editor-at-Large at Canstar and Editor of Money magazine, which she helped establish in 1999.
Effie is also a non-executive director of InvestSMART and sits on the board of Ecstra, a not-for-profit organisation focused on improving the financial capability of Australians.
She is the author of The Great $20 Adventure, A Real Girl’s Guide to Money and Ditch the Debt and Get Rich, and holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Queensland.
