Dania Zinurova is a senior investment executive with over 20 years’ experience investing across private markets globally. She is a member of the Investment Advisory Committee of WAM Alternative Assets (ASX: WMA), having previously spent five years as its Portfolio Manager, investing across infrastructure, real estate, private equity, real assets and private debt. Dania’s career has taken her from Russia to London, New York and Sydney, and across both sides of the investment table — as an institutional investor and an asset manager. She has invested on behalf of some of the world’s largest asset owners and today leads Dexus’s infrastructure funds business. Her experience spans Australia, Asia-Pacific, the UK, Europe and the US. Outside investing, Dania is a Director of Giant Steps Australia and chairs Reframing Autism organisation. She is deeply passionate about neurodiversity, education and helping people who process the world differently thrive. A mother of two and naturally curious contrarian, Dania believes good investing rarely comes from following the crowd — and that some of the most interesting opportunities can be found where others aren’t looking.
